Sandra Golding, Host and Founder
Sandra Golding is the UK’s leading African Holistic Dance Practitioner who believes that dance is not just a physical expression, but a spiritual and emotional one as well. Her inclusive teachings are designed to help individuals connect with their inner selves and connect with their ancestral roots.


Dr. Martha Eddy
Dynamic Embodiment - Movement and Dance as Medicine - experience the anatomical bases and healing potential of the different layers of our amazing bodies. Experience how we access different rhythms through movement, touch and dialogue to release tension, gain energy and move with more freedom.


Ras Happa
Born in Jamaica, Ras Happa specialises in the countries traditional drum rhythms such as nyahbinghi, mento, kumina andbruckins and relates them to the popular dance rhythms found in reggae beats today, he is also versed in traditional African rhythms.

Nsimere Mubalama
Nsimere specialises in Afrikan Yoga, a holistic practice that unites the divine principle within and around us. Afrikan Yoga connects individuals to their higher or true self through mindful movement, breath, and spiritual awareness. Nsimere also integrates Hudu, often described as Afrikan Tai Chi, acknowledging ancestral guidance and spiritual practices.


Anna Clarence
Rooted in African Holistic Dance and somatic practice, Anna uses silks to encourage participants to move from inner sensation to outward flow - exploring themes of uncovering, release, and transformation. Through guided improvisation, her workshops aim to cross subtle borders between seen and unseen, self and space, holding a grounded yet expansive presence.

Visit the Moving Tu Balance allotment, Libation African Holistic Dance, Lifitng the Veil: A Somatic Dance Journey; Dynamic Embodiment: Movement and Dance as Medicine exchange.

Afrikan Yoga, Drumology African & Caribbean Masterclass; African & Caribbean Dance Masterclass; Dynamic Embodiment; African Holistic Discussion and closing ceremony.​
