About.jpg
Welcome.

My name is Sandra Golding and I am a passionate African Holistic Dance Practitioner. I have been immersed in the world of dance and movement for as long as I can remember, and I am committed to sharing my love of this art form with others.

As an African Holistic Dance Practitioner, I believe that dance is not just a physical expression, but a spiritual and emotional one as well. My teachings are rooted in African tradition and culture, and are designed to help individuals connect with their inner selves and connect with their ancestral roots.

Through my classes and workshops, I aim to create a supportive and inclusive environment where participants can let go of their worries and find joy and fulfillment through dance. Whether you are a seasoned dancer or a beginner, I believe that everyone can benefit from the transformative power of African Holistic Dance.

In addition to my work as a practitioner, I am also a dedicated researcher and student of African and Caribbean dance. I have studied with some of the world's leading experts in this field and have traveled extensively to immerse myself in the rich cultural traditions of Africa and Caribbean.

I am excited to share my passion for African Holistic Dance with you and help you connect with the spirit of Africa through movement and expression.

Let's dance together and celebrate the power of this amazing art form!
